Real-time display function
We check work status in compliance with the revised Labor Standards Act (effective April 2019). Labor alerts are sent in real-time according to work status, such as monthly shifts and closing times. This helps prevent labor law violations and long working hours. Furthermore, upon clocking out, “overwork alerts” and “work interval” are displayed to the individual. This promotes employee self-management and discourages excessive working hours.

Assistance for insurance enrollment function
Non-enrollment in social insurance is illegal and subject to penalties. If an employee’s working hours are exceeded, immediate enrollment procedures are mandatory.
