Introducing the process for creating shifts

Creating a budget

Before creating shifts, first create a budget for daily sales, customer numbers, and working hours. The input support function allows you to expand the monthly budget to daily amounts based on past sales performance.

Creating a Model Shift

We create model shifts for each role, allocated with tasks necessary for store operations.

Calculating the optimal number of staff

Based on the sales forecast and the sales per labor hour (person-hour sales), the system calculates the optimal number of staff for each position’s model shift.

Gathering Preferences

Staff submit their shift and holiday preferences directly from their smartphones. Collecting this input in advance allows our AI engine to automatically assign roles according to their preferences and availability

Staffing

The predictive shift engine makes suggestions based on staff employment terms, collected shift preferences, and skill allocation for each shift, allowing you to make optimal staffing arrangements with the push of a button.

Publish a shift

Finally, you can “publish” the shift and notify staff members on their smartphones, allowing them to check their shifts.

Set multiple requirements

We check for labor-related prohibitions such as late-night work for minors, long working hours, and residence status.
We also balance work to prevent staff from working too much by discouraging consecutive shifts and overtime, and ensuring intervals between shifts.

Set the conditions for assigning shifts and match staff with shifts. You can specify conditions such as skills, employment status, qualifications, and whether or not a staff member has authorization.

Staff assignments are allocated based on not only the individual employment contract information of staff members, but also factors such as their preferred shifts, preferred days off, and how long they wish to work.

You can also set up staff to work on the same day or not work together, taking into account compatibility, or pairing new staff with training staff.
