Timeline view of all posts
Gulf TMT allows you to view all posts relevant to you in a single, chronological timeline, ordered by newest first. This enables you to be fully aware of everything happening within the company and provide immediate instructions or advice. With a single tap, you can also filter and review posts based on a specific topic, department, or individual.
System Integration
Gulf TMT supports posting via email from other systems, such as CRM. By integrating posts from both people and external systems, you can view and address all internal office activities directly within the Gulf TMT platform.
Applications
Gulf TMT is a cloud-based SNS service. In addition to PC browser access, dedicated applications are available for smartphones and tablets (iOS and Android). Users can access the platform anytime, anywhere, using any PC, smartphone, or tablet with an internet connection.
Enterprise-Grade Security
Gulf TMT is not a public SNS accessible by outsiders. It is a secure platform restricted solely to users registered by the corporate administrator. The administrator can limit the scope of posting and viewing privileges for each individual user.

Consolidating and Displaying the Full Exchange
Posts can be replied to, and those replies can also receive further responses. Relevant documents can be attached to any part of this entire exchange. The complete sequence of communication and all related materials are displayed in one consolidated view, preventing data dispersion and clearly showing the entire thread of a topic.
Read Confirmation
When a recipient clicks the confirmation button on a post, the user’s name and the time stamp are recorded. The person who made the post can easily view a list showing who has confirmed the information and the time stamp.
Simple Approval Workflow
When a post is made requesting approval from an approver, the approver can use a dedicated approval button on that post to reach a decision of “Approve” or “Reject.” The original poster can then confirm who made the decision, when it was made, and the nature of the decision. This significantly speeds up simple approval matters. In addition to the approval button, there is also an option to use a digital stamp.
Designated Recipient Posts
You can designate specific recipients in a post. The post will remain in a special area on the recipient’s screen until they confirm they have viewed it. A confirmation deadline can also be specified, and an alert will be sent to the recipient as the deadline approaches.
Submission forms
You can create and utilize input forms that encompass all necessary fields for business communication, ensuring that no critical information is omitted from the post. Posting templates are also available for use.
Email Notification
To ensure that posts regarding critical topics, departments, or designated individuals are never missed, the system allows for the automatic forwarding of these posts to email.
Persistent Posts
To ensure highly important communications are not overlooked or scrolled away in the timeline, they can be displayed continuously in a special area on the recipients’ screens until a specified deadline.
Quickly Accessible Posts
Posts intended for later action can be displayed permanently in a special area on your own screen until they are processed. Furthermore, by using the star button on important posts, you can display all of them with a single click at anytime.
Posts Directed to You
To prevent oversight, posts specifically directed to you will remain displayed in a special area on your screen until you click the confirmation button.
Posting Expressiveness
To emphasize the importance of a post, the text can be highlighted by changing the background color. You can also adjust the font and text color to further enhance visibility.
File and Video Attachment/Playback
Posts are able to support the attachment of large-capacity files such as videos, in addition to standard files like PDFs and images. Attached videos begin playing immediately upon clicking.
URL Preview
If a URL is included in a post, and the corresponding webpage supports OGP (Open Graph Protocol*) specifications, a preview of the page’s summary and image will be displayed within a small frame inside the post.
Fostering Collaboration
Gulf TMT has special mechanisms in place to facilitate smooth collaboration within the company, increase mutual trust, and motivate employees.
Applause
You can acknowledge outstanding posts using the Applause button. The original poster can see exactly who has applauded their contribution.
Appreciation
By utilizing the Thank You button, you can easily convey your gratitude to a colleague along with a brief message. The recipient can see the message and the sender who expressed their thanks.
Dōraku Points Linkage Option
As an optional feature for Gulf TMT, you can add the capability to link Gulf TMT with the Dōraku Points service. (A separate contract for the Dōraku Points service is required to utilize this function.)
Employees automatically receive Dōraku Points based on rules set by the system administrator every time they receive applause or a thank you via Gulf TMT. (Click here for more details on Dōraku Points.)
Employees can use the Dōraku Points application to exchange earned Dōraku Points for over 120 varieties of well-known external points and gift vouchers, including Amazon Gift Cards, nanaco Points, and T-Points. Additionally, points can be redeemed for internal company prizes registered by the system administrator.
The Dōraku Points app also facilitates the transfer of points between employees. By transforming employee appreciation and gratitude into incentive points, which can then be redeemed for various items, Dōraku Points significantly boosts employee motivation.
