Main Functions of the Overseas Store System

Self-order
Customers can place orders using their own smartphones, both via the internet and within the store. In-store, customers can automatically view the menu screen and place orders using their smartphone camera. Customers can scan either a fixed table QR code or a dynamic QR code issued upon arrival.


Order Management
This system displays the preparation status for orders, such as those in fast-food settings. The screen can be split into up to four sections, allowing for separate views for dine-in customers and individual delivery vendors. The display updates automatically based on the kitchen’s workflow, requiring no manual input from staff.
Kitchen Equipment
This is a touch-enabled display. Order item displays are automatically transferred from one screen to the next, tracking the progress through the workflow. Order items are color-coded based on the elapsed time since the order was placed.


POS Register
This is a POS register that allows intuitive order input. It can centrally manage multiple registers and multiple stores. It supports local languages such as English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, etc., and the language displayed and printed can be switched for each staff member. The layout, font, color, button size, etc., of the operation screen can also be changed. Functions available can also be specified for each staff member.
Sales Management
The intuitive dashboard includes over 130 report types that allow you to view near real-time sales data and other key metrics for all stores, updated up to the last five minutes. This data can be exported to PDF or Excel. Reports and dashboards can be used on both PC browsers and mobile devices.


CRM & Electronic Coupons
You can run your own branded online membership system. Members instantly receive loyalty rewards points every time they dine at a store, which they can immediately apply to their payment. Furthermore, the system allows for discounts to be applied based on membership tier, location, and time of day. You can also run promotional campaigns by issuing electronic coupons.
