How AI predictions are reflected in CSM
The input support function on the daily forecast registration screen displays the sales forecast results.

- AI predicted values will be displayed in the “Sales (Forecast)” and “Number of Customers (Forecast)” fields (the same applies to the daily budget registration screen).
- When AI forecast values are available for a given month, you can utilize the input support feature “Automatic Forecast Copy.” This allows the forecast values to be reflected in your sales outlook in bulk (with the option to specify a growth rate).
- If there is a deviation of more than a certain percentage between the input value (probability) and the AI predicted value, the probabilistic value will turn red.
