GulfNet manages the sales and order data generated daily by chain store companies, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Sales data from retail and food service company stores is aggregated and analyzed on GulfNet’s comprehensive store management system, Gulf CSM.

Additionally, order data for transactions between food service/retail companies and their suppliers is managed on GulfNet’s EDI system (Gulf EDI).

The vast and critical management data flowing between the business system and the EDI system is securely exchanged through GulfNet’s proprietary network and data center.

Currently, Gulf EDI is utilized by about 50 companies, primarily large food service chains, across over 10,000 stores.

This service provides a platform that supports an annual distribution volume totaling several hundred billion yen.

4. Invoice compliance

We are fully compliant with the Invoice System introduced in October 2023. We have implemented all necessary fields for issuing Qualified Invoices, including support for Business Registration Numbers, and detailed tax information (tax rate classification, tax category, tax amount, and tax rate).

5. Automatic file transfer tool ‘Gulf EDI Client’

We enable automatic synchronization of ordering and receiving data, offering flexible integration with your trading partners’ internal systems. This solution supports server-to-server file transfer regardless of the communication protocol, moving beyond traditional JCA procedures.
